My Background

I had the opportunity of living and working in Yamanashi, Japan. I taught English to first year high school students for 4 years. Not only was I a teacher, I also was a mentor for students planning on participating in the sister city exchange program. From this experience I realized how rewarding it is to help influence the lives of students through cross-cultural interactions.
